Bought 30 pin to Lightening adapter for ipod/iphone through LivingSocial. The product arrive several weeks later in a plain business envelope (no padding) from Canada.

The adapter was defective and doesn't work at all. I tried contacting the company several times (both through the web contact form and the "customer service number") with no response. In fact the phone number goes to a cellphone with no voicemail or person picking it up - try yourself 647-567-4777.

LivingSocial won't refund my money until LiveItNexus "processes my refund". So I'm out the amount I paid for the "deal" and the amount for airmail.

Monetary Loss: $20.
